Meet Our Staff

Dr. Todd A. Weaver D.M.D.

Dr. Weaver (Small)

I grew up in North Augusta, South Carolina. Being the oldest of four boys my childhood was very eventful. I knew from an early age that I wanted to become a dentist. After graduating high school I began working as an electrician and attending college to pursue my education and become a dentist. I received my undergraduate degree from Augusta State University and applied to school of Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia. I graduated from dental school in 1994, began my career, and started practicing in the Evans area. Since then, I have worked hard to build a dental practice that I am proud of.  I have established relationships with my patients and consider it such an honor when someone chooses me to be their dentist. Dentistry is a very rewarding profession, being able to go home at the end of the day, knowing that I have done my best to keep my patients healthy and happy is such a great feeling. I have a wonderful staff that works with me to ensure our patients have the best dental care possible.

I met my wife Diana while in school and we married in December of 1995. Diana is a Dental Hygienist and helps out in the office when she is not with our son Brice. Brice was born in 2001 and has been such a blessing to us. He definitely keeps us on our toes; he is very witty and loves to play jokes. Our family loves watching football together and enjoys going to games when we can. When I am not at work I love spending time at the lake with my family and friends, hunting and fishing.

My love for the dental field started when I was in high school and worked part time for my family dentist. I continued to work as a dental assistant while I attended college. I graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2006 with my Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. I married my best friend in 2006 and started working for Dr. Weaver In 2007. In 2010 we welcomed our first born, a precious baby boy that we named McKade, and he is our whole world.  In October 2012 Dr. Weaver had a new vision for his practice and we started making some changes. I became the Office Manager at that time and I have enjoyed the challenge that came along with the new direction that the practice is heading in. I have come to know and love my patients over the years. I try to give my best daily to help make sure that our patients are pleased and that our office exceeds expectations. There are a lot of exciting things going on here and I am proud to say that I am apart of such a great practice and look forward to the future.

I joined the Evans Family Dental team in October 2012 and could not be any happier. I was born and raised in Stone Mountain Georgia.  In 2001 I began my college career at Georgia College and State University. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in 2006 from the Medical College of Georgia. My Father is a Dentist and after growing up in his office I knew that dental hygiene was the right choice for me. I am excited to be a part of a great team and look forward to the future at Evans Family Dental. When I am not working I enjoy taking fitness classes with my husband, spoiling our two dogs and spending summer days at the lake.

I joined the staff at Evans Family Dental in January 2013 and I am so excited about this new adventure. I work with our patients to coordinate appointments, verify insurance and perform several other duties to help ensure that the practice runs as efficiently as possible. I enjoy learning something new every day about dentistry and getting to know our patients.  I work with an amazing staff who truly loves what they do and take pride in their work. I was born and raised in Bradenton Florida and relocated to Augusta in April 2011. I married my husband Matt in November 2011 and we have a beautiful little girl named Sarah-Kait.  In our free time we love exploring new places in Augusta, traveling and being with family and friends.

My passion for dentistry began the moment I walked out of my first dental visit many years ago. Being part of a military family, I have had the opportunity to move around several times but finally settled here in Evans. In search for a family dentist, we found Dr. Weaver and his wonderful staff at Evans Family Dental. Through my high school years, Dr. Weaver allowed me to shadow him to confirm my dream of being a dentist. After attending UGA for my first two years of college, I decided to come back home to finish my undergraduate work and pursue my dream of going to dental school. Since 2011, I have been very blessed to be working as an intern at Evans Family Dental. The staff is very invested in helping me learn all the dynamics of the dental field.  I enjoy working and am thrilled to be learning something new every day. I will be applying to dental school with high hopes of a spot in the class of 2014.
